Poros Group helps Atlanta home-service companies get more booked calls from the advertising they already run. Here's what we collect, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, company website, phone number, and anything else you share through our website form, ad lead forms, calls, texts, or email.
- Public business information: your ads, website, and public reviews, which we review to prepare your Leak Check.
- Client call data: for businesses we work with, call tracking records for calls to the pages we build, such as caller number, time, duration, and source. We process this for our client, to report results to them.
- Basic site data: browser type, pages visited, and approximate location from standard hosting and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To prepare and send your Leak Check and follow up about it.
- To schedule and hold calls you request.
- To deliver our services to clients, including page builds and call reporting.
- To send texts to people who have agreed to receive them.
- To run and secure this website.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate (hosting, scheduling, phone, call tracking, and texting providers) can use information only to provide their services to us. Client call data is shared only with that client. We'll disclose information if the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to work with you and meet legal and accounting requirements. Then we delete it.
